*Position Description:*
This position is responsible for the overall day-to-day responsibilities of handling all customer-related issues on accounts that are assigned to you. These duties would include upgrading of contracts, reviewing FireScan Inspection Reports, handling all service-related issues, and the selling of additional Mitec services. The primary focus of this position is to serve our customers and meet or exceed all of their expectations.
*Responsibilities:*

* Meet with customers at their Facilities to review accounts on a regular basis.
* Handle all activity between the Customer and Mitec. This would include all customer training, handling all billing disputes, handling all service and installation related issues, and upgrading services that Mitec currently offers.
* Ensure that all Inspections are done on a timely basis and done accurately and completely.
* Ensure that all FireScan Inspection Reports are delivered to the customer on a timely basis.
* Work closely with the Inspection Coordinator to ensure she understands the different aspects of the inspection procedures and the handling of all interfacing with our Business Partners.
* Create weekly Sales and Activity reports for management to review.
* Perform other duties as directed by Mitec management.
*Qualifications/Educational Requirements:*

* Candidates must have experience as an Account Manager or Fire Protection Coordinator. We will also consider academic professionals with an interest in the Fire Protection industry.
* Must possess strong customer service skills.
* Must possess experience in sales, handling billing disputes, handling escalations and facilitating training.
* Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have valid Drivers License and a driving record that meets company requirements.
* Must be able and willing to work within a team environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in the Fire Protection Industry is preferred.
* A Four Year College Degree is preferred.
* Ability to possess and retain a NICET Level II Certification in Fire Alarm Technology.
