Location: Beacon 40 hours a week - Contract for 4-6 weeks and has the potential to become permanent.

Pay: $23 per hour plus, depending on previous administrative experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday with either an 8am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm schedule (depending on if you want to take a 30 minute lunch or 1 hour lunch)

Position Summary
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and positive experience. Your role will involve greeting guests, managing communications, providing administrative support, and maintaining the front desk's smooth operations. This position is ideal for a personable, detail-oriented individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Welcome and assist visitors, verifying identities and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Direct guests to the appropriate personnel or department.
Office Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Monitor and maintain office supplies, keeping common areas clean and organized.
Administrative Support: Assist the Office Manager and other departments with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, organizing events, and managing travel arrangements for executives.
Additional Duties: Handle other responsibilities as assigned to support company operations.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
