They are currently seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team as Contract Insurance Application Processor. These entry-level roles offer the opportunity to develop expertise in contract processing within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Overview
As a Life Insurance Contract Processor, you will play a vital role in servicing life insurance contracts. Your primary responsibilities include processing service requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and following up on outstanding items. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to draft clear, error-free correspondence. Successful candidates are self-motivated individuals who can work autonomously while meeting productivity expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Process service code changes.
Handle title change requests, including ownership changes, name changes, contract assignments, and beneficiary designations.
Respond to inquiries from policyholders and field representatives via phone and written communication.
Monitor and manage assigned administrative reports to meet required deadlines.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Positive team-oriented approach with excellent customer service skills.
Strong written communication skills to draft clear and professional correspondence.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Use of a keyboard, mouse, and computer for up to 8 hours daily.
Use of a phone for 2-4 hours daily.
Perform simple grasping tasks, such as handwriting, sorting, and folding, throughout the workday.
