Summary:
Under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager this position will act as a liaison between the Human Resources and Clinical Services department performing various processes, tasks, and project assignments that assist these departments to meet strategic initiatives with a primary focus on new hire onboarding. This position will interact throughout the company internally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prompt and regular attendance at work
Provides support to the Human Resources Department staff
Maintains and tracks employee certifications in workforce management & training software
Notifies Operations and Clinical Services of all credentials set to expire within 7-10 calendar days
Maintains and tracks electronic educations file and documents
Enters new hire employee profiles into software programs
Coordinates new hire employee's pre-employment PAT/drug screen
Schedules and performs regular BLS & First Aid training classes for new hires and current employees
Maintain attendance rosters for various education courses
Proficiency and oversight of custom forms in training software
Identify any incomplete, missing or erroneous information in software programs or in certification reports
Assist with annual training compliance tracking, training assignments, and follow up
Provides support to the Clinical Services Department as needed
Assist with the follow through of strategic initiatives
Performs other such duties as may be required
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Valid FL driver's license
Valid AHA BLS Instructor certification (obtain within 30 days- company to provide)

Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Knowledge, Technologically Savvy
Preferred Qualifications:
Current/Florida EMT and/or experience in EMS field
Human Resources experience
