Job Description:
Position: Production Associate - Assembly
1st shift: 8am-4:30pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Job Duties:
- Operate production machinery and equipment.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure a safe and tidy work environment.
- Conduct product inspections and quality assurance tests.
- Record production data and outcomes.
- Interpret and follow assembly drawings and blueprints.
- Assemble and test products according to quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections on parts and finished products.
- Set up and maintain production equipment.
- Detect and address production challenges.
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments.
- Adhere to established production methods and standards.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production.
- Familiarity with electronic product manufacturing in an ISO9001 environment.
- Ability to learn and follow various production processes.
- Attention to detail for accurate and efficient production.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple components of the production process.
- Effective communication skills with team members and supervisors.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and fast-paced environments.
- Time management skills to complete tasks within allotted time frames.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (20-50 lbs).
- Experience in handling electronic components and observing ESD procedures.
- Understanding of proper escalation and adherence to policies and procedures.
