The Senior Director of Loan and Payment Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the effective and compliant delivery of loan and payment services. What You'll Do:
Operational Leadership:
Develop and implement policies to enhance productivity, compliance, and customer service.
Oversee daily operations of loan and payment processing departments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely resolution of escalated issues.
Monitor and manage loan and payment processing systems, identifying, and implementing areas for improvement.
Process Improvement:
Utilize Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Lead automation and digitization initiatives to modernize workflows and reduce manual effort.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Partner with internal departments and associations to improve processes and ensure transparency.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior leadership.
Team Development:
Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to staff, fostering professional growth and accountability.
