Job Description



Organizes and manages communication, ticket management, and issue resolution in JIRA project workflows. Performs cross-platform coordination and data entry for multiple retail compliance programs. Provides support, training, and subject matter expertise for new JIRA (project managent tool) users and participates in continual process improvement initiatives.


  • Creates/reviews initial tickets in JIRA and ensures data is replicated in other systems.

  • Proactively monitors pending tickets and follows-up with responsible party where required.

  • Demonstrates attention to detail and proactive identification and problem solving of potentially ambiguous issues.

  • Reviews and updates documentation related to projects and JIRA Products (e.g.: SOPs, user documentation, Product Templates).

  • Coordinates and performs training for users on JIRA and other software applications to ensure distribution of system knowledge to EFII team.

  • Coordinates procurement and logistics for retail shopper programs.




Qualifications



To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.


  • Knowledge of MS office applications including Teams, Word, Excel and OneNote

  • Experience contributing to teams

Education: High School



Additional Information



  • Job requires long periods of time working with computer equipment in office environments.

  • Job may require exposure to chemicals when interacting with laboratory computer equipment.

  • Ability to work both independently and with project teams.

  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of laboratory operations and equipment is beneficial.

  • Overtime and weekend work as required.

  • Will be exposed to potential food allergens.

  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
