Oversees the administration, maintenance and upgrade of the Human Resources (HR) technology systems and Human Resource Information Services (HRIS). Coordinates project management, planning, system design, testing, configuration, implementation, and rollout of moderately complex HR technology projects and process improvements. Serves as a subject matter expert for at least one HR technology system. Responsible for delivering data and analytical insight to support and develop HR best practices for Human Resources Administration (HRA) through complex analysis, testing, reporting, dashboard creation, data visualization and serving as the department's compliance champion. Assist with process review engagements to gather data, analyze and develop strategies to support enhanced controls with HRA business processes.
Essential Functions
Analyzes HR systems and developing major technical automated solutions; business/statistical analysis, which includes extracting, analyzing, and reporting on business data to support business strategy
Analyzes data methods, evaluates, develops, tests and implements processes
Designs and implements improvement to existing processes to ensure cost-saving, time-saving, quality improvement and customer satisfaction
Leads medium complexity project(s), or support more senior level project manager on high complexity projects, including providing frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives to keep stakeholders and leadership informed of status
Assist with the design of dashboard creations and data visualization tools to customize views of metrics over large data sets
Coordinates all basic and moderately complex troubleshooting with end users.
Works with system vendors to resolve issues and gain a better understand of products to ensure alignment and continued system-wide improvement of the HR technology systems.
Manages and develops custom queries to meet the requirements of HR management, staff and others; coordinates scheduled and ad hoc reporting.

Performs periodic audits of critical data elements, systems configuration and system processes.
Troubleshoots moderately complex HR technology system issues and communicates with technical staff and user
Builds relationships with operating companies to ensure the sharing of existing successful practices and intelligent utilization.
Provides analytical, functional and project management support to multiple moderately complex HR projects and initiatives.
Evaluates, assesses and maintains HRIS foundation data structure to ensure compatibility with operational and cross functional areas within the company.
Performs periodic audits of critical data elements, systems configuration and system processes.
Troubleshoots moderately complex HR technology system issues and communicates with technical staff and user
Serves as a subject matter expert for HR processes, resources, programs; troubleshooting and to provide system knowledge support and develop/mentor critical skill sets in lower-level analyst positions

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, or related field required.
Minimum Experience
Four (4)+ years experience required in HR technology systems or related area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of the company human resource policies and procedures.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
Knowledge of data mining and reporting tools.
Working knowledge of HR technology systems HRC systems required
Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex (and/or) confidential information
Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs
Ability to troubleshoot issues, draws resources, and develops solutions.
Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
Ability to serve as a change agent and project leader while working with various audiences and teams.
Job conditions

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Pay Range: $7,094 - $12,533 monthly
