Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise across paid digital channels, social media, and analytics/reporting in a B2C environment. This role involves some local travel to work closely with our clinic locations, understanding their services and patient personas. You will collaborate with our social media content creator to generate organic social content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience. Additionally, you will analyze and present the results of paid and organic initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a digital agency background who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can generate C-level reports showcasing campaign performance, and is looking to advance their career.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Plan, manage, and execute paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Optimize performance and report on results.
Collaborate on content creation for organic social platforms and report on outcomes.
CRM Management:
Serve as the Go-To person for our HubSpot CRM.
Train users and optimize the CRM for success.
Create dashboards, reports, and automation workflows.
Local Marketing Campaigns:
Develop hyper-local campaigns using a multi-channel approach to support both online and offline brand awareness and lead generation.
Assist with promotional efforts such as referral programs, loyalty incentives, in-clinic specials, and business referrals.
Track the ROI of grassroots campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Additional Marketing Activities:
Work with internal and external resources to create compelling content tailored to the local audience.
Assist with selecting and managing influencers.
Support initiatives across all PESO channels and the full customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with the CMO on developing awareness and lead generation plans and procedures adaptable to existing and new clinic locations.
Prepare reports and surface insights to guide successful marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, preferably in the aesthetics, health, or wellness industry.
Experience with paid social campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Expertise with HubSpot.
Experience using GA4 for analytics and reporting.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Experience running paid digital campaigns and preparing campaign performance reports.
Familiarity with modern MarTech tools.
Experience with successful paid and organic campaigns on TikTok is a plus.
Experience presenting campaign planning and review decks is a plus.
HubSpot CRM certifications are a big plus.
Experience with CRO is a big plus.
SEO/SEM knowledge is a big plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
