Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage short-term and immediate maintenance objectives.
- Allocate work orders and ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
- Conduct lock out/tag out procedures on machinery.
- Acknowledge and reward team members, while addressing performance issues.
- Perform routine safety inspections.
- Provide guidance, motivation, training, and professional development to team members to enhance their performance and growth.
- Monitor and ensure the completion of assigned work orders.
- Handle and manage necessary paperwork.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food manufacturing facility.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide positive reinforcement.
