Our client is seeking a Cheers CRM Analyst to enhance and optimize the Cheers CRM product for their national call center team.



Responsibilities include:

• Enhancing reporting capabilities


• Improving workflows for offshore staff


• Exploring the use of a new API/bot to authenticate patients before they reach an advocate

Required Skills:

• Certification in Cadence or Prelude


• Experience with Cheers CRM is essential
