We are looking for a passionate, outstanding Manager to work in the Enterprise Workstation team to lead at frontier of research and engineering. Be part of a dynamic team, and influence the world of LLMs and diffusion-based world-simulation models.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and drive the design, architecture, and implementation of groundbreaking Gen-AI based products.
  
  


• Manage a team of expert engineers and mentor new engineers in a complex technology based environment. Provide technical guidance and career mentorship.
  
  


• Hands-on coding in AI frameworks like Pytorch, JAX, Tensorflow and leading code reviews. Set standard development practices across your team.
  
  


• Develop and handle meaningful, achievable engineering plans aligned with key objectives
  
  

What we need to see:

• A Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related computationally focused science degree (or equivalent experience)
  
  


• 12+ overall years in a similar or related role with 5+ years of leading a team. Familiarity in software development lifecycle, proven experience in shipping products.
  
  


• Exceptional multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements
  
  


• Understanding of modern techniques in Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, parallel and distributed training. Strong computer science fundamentals - algorithms and data structures, computational complexity, system software.
  
  


• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work across time zones.

• Consistent track record of delivering full stack products harnessing the power of geographically distributed teams
  
  


• Exposure to cloud deployments for Gen-AI models

The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 419,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
