We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Products Customer Quality Engineer (Integrator) to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the main point of contact, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of NVIDIA's network products, focusing on integration and customer happiness. As a key player in the Customer Quality Engineering team, you will collaborate with customers, internal engineering teams, and third-party integrators to resolve issues and deliver outstanding solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in networking, quality assurance, and customer engagement, along with a passion for driving excellence in product performance.
What you'll be doing:
Customer Integration Support: Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and NVIDIA's engineering teams, focusing on the integration of network products in customer environments. Provide hands-on support for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop, implement, and complete test plans for network products to ensure they meet customer requirements, including performance, reliability, and functionality. Use automation tools and test frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency.
Issue Resolution: Quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers or discovered during integration and testing phases. Coordinate with internal teams to track and resolve problems promptly.
Customer Feedback Loop: Gather, document, and communicate customer feedback to engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in product design, functionality, and usability.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, product management, and support teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product development. Collaborate on the development of new features, product improvements, and updates to cater to customer preferences.
Technical Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and knowledge base articles, to assist customers and internal teams.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of network products in customer environments, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and operational benchmarks. Provide proactive recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Training & Support: Provide technical training and mentorship to customers and internal teams on standard methodologies for network product deployment, operation, and troubleshooting.
What we need to see:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Quality Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role specializing in networking products, with a strong understanding of network protocols.
Hands-on experience with network hardware, switches, routers, firewalls, and related networking devices.
Knowledge of system integration, QA methodologies, and performance testing.
Strong understanding of cloud networking and data center technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with leading network hardware vendors.
Familiarity with automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
Experience working in a customer-facing role or working with third-party integrators.
Certification in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+).
Experience with Linux/Unix-based systems and shell scripting.
The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
