Job Description:




Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, quickly extracting the relevant information, and taking quick action to identify issues and escalate them to senior legal staff.
  
  


• Serve as a contact for legal support for any questions, issues, or assistance that is required.
  
  


• Supporting senior legal staff by assisting with special projects, and other day-to-day matters
  
  


• Assisting in research and fact-finding on unique issues and projects.
  
  


• Administrative functions such as managing and formatting legal documents.
  
  

• Rising 2L
  
  


• Must be available to begin the internship starting May 2025
  
  


• Highly organized and able to operate in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  
  


• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple terms
  
  


• Knowledge of general contract law and legal research
  
  


• Be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship as a full-time employee
