Primary Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.Maintain accurate financial records and update databases as necessary.Prepare and post journal entries.Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.Generate financial reports and assist with audits as required.Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.Ability to properly organize and prioritize tasks, as well as office environmentType accurately and keep recordsReconcile general ledger accounts including bank accounts and statementsProvide support and assistance to AccountantsAssist accounts payable in all functionsRecord refunds and chargesWork according to established procedures, standards, and applicable lawsSupport the accounting team with administrative tasks and projects.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES
Not less than 3 years of accounting experienceCommitment to outstanding customer service, with both external and internal customersCompetency in accounting software and databases, as well as MS OfficeAttention to detailAbility to ensure accuracy in job deliveryPossess strong aptitude for numbersEye for detail, accuracy is imperativeIntermediate office administration and computer skills. Proficiency with MS Office products and 10-key calculator.Strong problem resolution skills.Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.Must be able to follow instructions and meet strict deadlines.Commitment to outstanding customer service, with both external and internal customers
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
Limited travel to job sites.Normal office duties, occasionally required to climb, kneel, crouch or crawl.
