The Web Application Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of web-based applications that serve the Nemours Biomedical Research Informatics Center (BRIC) and the Delaware Clinical and Translational Research (CTR) programs. This role spans the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, interface design, coding, testing, documentation, maintenance, and user support. Additionally, the role involves assisting with systems administration tasks, including upgrading and maintaining LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl/PHP/Python) software on servers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, effective communication with non-technical users, and a commitment to delivering robust, innovative solutions aligned with research and organizational needs.
