The VP of Permian will oversee and direct operations, business development, and strategic initiatives for the company's well servicing operations in the Permian Basin. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing financial performance, and leading a high-performing team to meet the organization's goals in a competitive and dynamic oil and gas market.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize well servicing performance and efficiency.
Oversee daily operations of field services, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and client expectations.
Ensure all equipment and personnel meet safety and regulatory standards, including compliance with OSHA and other industry-specific guidelines.
Financial Management
Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial forecasting for the division.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability and growth.
Drive cost-efficiency while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the Permian Basin to secure long-term contracts.

Qualifications:
Education
