We are a dynamic hybrid workplace environment that requires at least 2 days a week in the office. 

Provide leadership and expert counsel by understanding the digital landscape to improve the user experience. Works in partnership with business areas to increase digital literacy and maximize end user technologies to meet strategic business objectives. Ability to work collaboratively and focus on speed to value on innovation using iterative processes. Facilitate strategic planning and guidance for digital transformation to enable major business initiatives through enhancements and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities: 
1. Facilitate strategic counsel and direction to the Bank's business areas as it relates to digital literacy and end user technologies. Understands and is knowledgeable of business initiatives and digital platforms, and user experience research can address issues, challenges and concerns and complement existing processes.

2.  Responsible for evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness and implications of new and/or emerging digital technologies to identify business needs, requirements and operational changes and providing information to business lines to improve the overall customer experience.

3. Assists with shaping the vision and digital strategy for innovation with a focus on keeping FRBA on the forefront of change. Provides a robust digital transformation and accessibility strategy, contribute to roadmap that is aligned with strategic business and technology priorities.

4. Upskill FRBA workforce on IT technology and skills using integrated learning strategy to ensure the right mix of technology, business, and digital skill sets. 

6. Promotes digital adoption, innovation, continuous improvement throughout the organization.  Performs user research, design thinking methodologies, and analyzes data to strategically inform business about current digital initiatives. 

7.  Consults will all levels of management, staff and clients on technologies, products, and solutions for business problem-solving and decision-making. Identifies options and recommends integrated solutions to solve business problems,

8. Leverages relationships across the Federal Reserve System IT, IT industry communities and IT vendors to stay informed of digital transformation direction, investments, and integration potential. Proposes strategic technology recommendations to business partners, senior leaders to improve the customer experience.

Education:  Bachelor's degree or master's degree preferred

Experience:   Five years of job-related experience required
