We are looking for a high energy individual who is passionate about joining our North America University Team. Reporting to the Director, University Relations & Talent Outreach, this role will support project work pertaining to our University Programs. This internship will aide in building skills within the HR and Talent Acquisition space, as well as; provide learning is areas such as leadership, business acumen, and the human resources space.

Main Responsibilities:






  • Event Support: Assist in planning, logistics, and on-site execution of university recruiting events aimed at attracting and engaging top university talent.



  • Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders across Sanofi.



  • Special Projects: Contribute to innovative projects that enhance and develop our university recruiting processes.



  • Recruiting Events and Summer Programming: Provide support for recruiting events and summer programs.



  • Communications Creation: Support internal messaging channels and collaborate to create social content to expand the outreach of programming experiences.



  • Process Improvements: Assist with projects focused on process improvements and recruitment development.



  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the university landscape across North America and create a framework for engaging with students from the identified universities.





About You:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Journalism and/or a related discipline from an accredited institution with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2026


  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship with Sanofi


  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the internship


  • Must have permanent US work authorization





Preferred Qualifications:



  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and create engaging content.


  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.


  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments.


  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.


  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva and video editing tools are a plus.


  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to travel to other Sanofi offices or recruiting events at times


  • Outstanding project management skills


  • Previous experience in human resources, event planning, or recruiting is preferred.
