We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Business Acceleration Strategy team for a Change Management National Director based out of one of our CohnReznick offices or remotely.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
The Change Acceleration National Director will lead the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of organizational change initiatives within the firm. As a senior leader, this role will report to the COO and will partner with the Business Accelerator Strategy Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the firm adapts effectively to evolving business strategies, technology implementations, cultural transformations, and operational improvements. The role will be responsible for the strategic formation, management and leadership of the firm's Change Management Office supporting firmwide initiatives, M&A integrations, and business-critical challenges.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Implement a firm-wide change management strategy and methodology aligned with the company's vision, values, and business goals providing consistency of service while offering a bespoke, personalized change experience to leaders in the firm; Connect change initiatives with firm objectives
Lead and manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives simultaneously; Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans that support adoption; Develop Change Management Office service line including change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools and collaboration model
Identify and assess organizational readiness for change, providing tailored strategies to address gaps; Develop solutions to drive culture forward and create a workforce ready, willing and able to grow; Various financial analysis including but not limited to balance sheets and income statements
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on navigating and managing complex change initiatives; Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project teams; High collaboration with internal functions to plan and implement firm initiatives; Build skills of internal teams in collaborating with stakeholders
Create strategies for internal groups to build relationships with a propensity for action towards solving business leader problems; build a framework that outlines a "business first" mindset, and an understanding that all of us are working for the benefit of our external clients.
Act as the primary voice for change management, ensuring clear, transparent, and timely communication throughout the organization; Be a role model for change leadership firmwide; Grow the change leadership skills of others in the firm through growing learning agility skill sets
Define and track key metrics to measure the success of change initiatives, such as adoption rates, employee engagement, and project ROI; Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned for future initiatives.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative, research-backed approaches to enhance the firm's change management capabilities.
Collaborate with leaders in the firm to build high-performing teams including developing learning and change agility towards future-skilling strategy
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's and Master's Degree in related discipline to change management (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Learning, Business);
Certification is desired with industry recognized change process (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter, Bridges, etc.)
Minimum 10 years experience implementing large-scale change successfully within professional service firms, working with C-Level teams and managing change teams to bring an initiative through adoption; at least 5 of these should be in senior level, firmwide role
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
Proven project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning change initiatives with business goals.
Deep experience in driving cultural transformation and fostering a collaborative environment.
