Job Description:


The Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport - Waterfront is looking for a Sales & Catering Coordinator to support the Sales & Catering team in a dynamic work environment. We are strategically located just a few miles south of the San Francisco airport.

What will you be doing as Sales & Catering Coordinator?


  • Coordinates projects and activities
  • Maintains communication among departments to ensure successful execution of events
  • Create Banquet Event Orders
  • Provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support
  • Answers telephones and assists internal & external guests with requests
  • Makes travel arrangements
  • Route incoming mails, BEO's, group resumes, etc.
  • Maintains detailed filing system for the department
  • Processes group rooming lists
  • Manages department office supplies
  • Performs other general office duties.
  • Assists on special projects as needed.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is between $26 - $28/hour and is based on applicable experience and location.
