As a Senior Specialis, Billing Resolution at RXO, you’ll serve as the critical link between Operations and Accounting/Finance for our Air Charter business unit. You will collaborate with operations teams and business unit leaders to develop and implement efficient billing and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment across all functions.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Conduct detailed audits of freight invoices, ensuring compliance with customer contracts, terms and conditions


• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors on freight invoices and bills of lading by collaborating with internal teams and external partners


• Verify the accuracy and collectability of invoices before submission to customers


• Manage account maintenance by updating customer information, data elements and attributes as required


• Reconcile TMS and ERP systems, contributing to ongoing process improvements


• Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly operational and financial reports


• Perform a variety of administrative and office management tasks to support seamless operations

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years related experience in transportation including TMS interaction and carrier/customer contract auditing and accounts receivable

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree


• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint Word and Excel)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment in fast paced, dynamic environment


• Highly organized work style with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize workloads


• Demonstrated analytical skills; ability to effectively identify and resolve problems
