We are currently seeking a Senior Strategic Planner who will be responsible to optimize inventory levels, facilitate the procurement process, and ensure timely delivery of goods to the distribution center. This role will provide support to Loveland CO and San Jose CA and will be onsite daily in the Loveland Colorado facility.



In this role, you will be responsible for:




  • Demand and Supply Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, monitor and refine accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights by working closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to assess capacity, inventory levels, and production capabilities.




  • New Product Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth and timely execution of the NPI process as part of the product review.




  • Sales and Operations Meetings: Offer recommendations to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction and participate in forecast calls proposing corrective action where necessary.




  • Continuous Improvement: Provide detailed reports and insights to management, while contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in demand and supply planning




  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong cross-functional relationships and effective communication channels to facilitate coordination and alignment between sales, operations, finance, and other relevant stakeholders. As part of this role, will handle escalations from cross-functional team members and various other areas.



The required qualifications for the job include:



  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience with Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in material planning, supplier management, sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, statistical analysis software).

  • Agile communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders including global team members.



It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:



  • Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.

  • Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and scrap.

The salary range for this role is $90K- $105K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.



This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
