Job Description:
Shuttle Operations Frontline Supervisor candidate is responsible for managing day to day shuttle operations at Worldport. Shuttle Operations Frontline Supervisors ensure the efficient and timely transport of UPS employees in and out of the UPS Airpark, along with other daily tasks. Supervisors are responsible to work closely with vendor and support functions. Must communicate with all levels of management and follow up professionally and timely.
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:00pm to 12:00am flexible time
Required Skills:
Time management - office and ramp locations will be used in this position
Communicate and coordinate with vendors and support functions
Able to work independently - sometimes without direct supervision
Flexible work schedule
Possess a valid driver's license and able to drive on UPS Ramps
Organized to track and log data
Fast-paced problem solving and decision making
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills:
Ramp driving knowledge
Previous Operations PT Supervisor experience is preferred but union and admin may apply.
