The Team Leader will need to demonstrate reliability, initiative, and professionalism as well as a caring, supportive, and nurturing behavior. They must possess the skills necessary to direct, supervise and manage resident services and hands-on activities of caregivers and medication aids as well as provide high quality resident care in accordance with established policies.
