Your Next Career Opportunity – Global Talent Development Manager
As a key member of the Global Talent Development Team, and in partnership with the Human Resources Department and business leaders, foster performance and employee development, including goal planning, goal assessment, feedback and coaching, IDPs, performance calibration, and year-end performance evaluation. Design, develop and deliver talent-related training programs. Leverage the Workday platform to streamline processes, analyze data, and drive employee growth, aligning talent development initiatives with overall business goals. Further our vision and culture, with the end goal of improved team member attraction, retention, internal promotions, engagement, and optimized performance.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Workday Expertise: Utilize Workday Talent Optimization features like Performance Management (i.e., goal setting, goal assessment, performance evaluation, feedback, and check-ins), Career Hub, IDPs, and Skills, Request processes (for Educational Reimbursement) to effectively develop and manage talent across the organization.
Performance Management Integration: Lead the global Performance Management process and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Work with senior leaders to identify strategic goals and ensure effective cascading of goals.
Manage the goal assessment process, working in partnership with Compensation.
Manage the annual review process.
Promote manager coaching and feedback utilizing Workday Feedback and Check-Ins
Collaborate with the HRIS for advanced configuration changes.
Collaborate with the Communications and Brand team to disseminate effective communications.
Career Development: Lead the global Career Development process and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Create and/or enhance Individual Development processes.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance internal mobility processes and programs.
Educate and train team members on career ownership, importance, and use of Individual Development Planning (IDPs)
Support the development of Top Talent by coaching on best practices for writing and executing IDPs and other Workday career development functionality.
Track the completion and quality of IDPs. Make suggestions for continuous improvement.
Manage the global Educational Reimbursement process.
Promote Career Hub functionality to achieve internal mobility goals.
Training Design. Design and deliver talent-related training programs for new and existing HR initiatives.
Support Change Management: Support change management processes when implementing new talent development programs or updating Workday configurations.
Strategic Talent Development: Contribute to the development and execution of the global talent development strategy, including identifying critical skills gaps, designing learning and development programs, and creating career progression pathways, all within the Workday system.
Collaboration with HRBP Team: Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution of the performance management and career development programs.
Collaboration with Business Leaders: Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs, align development programs with strategic priorities, and advocate for talent development initiatives.
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze workforce data within Workday to identify talent gaps, predict future needs, and inform talent development initiatives.
Metrics and Evaluation: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs and make data-driven adjustments.
Budget: Provides input on the Talent Development budget development and is responsible for adherence.
SOPs and Technical Documentation: Documents Standard Operating procedures related to areas of responsibility. Creates technical instructions to document steps in Workday.
Planning. Provide input for the annual global calendar of learning events. mindful of the need for cross-cultural adaptation.
Manages other learning and development programs as assigned.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study;
7-10 years of experience designing, delivering, managing, and evaluating training and talent programs in a global environment is required. Previous experience leveraging HCM technology to lead Performance Management and Career Development processes within a global organization is preferred. Demonstrated experience planning and executing successful global projects is required.
Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Team, Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
Experience using Workday Talent Optimization functionality is preferred. Experience using Workday Learning is preferred.
Experience delivering presentations and training using Zoom or Teams
Domestic Travel 10% of the time
Valid Government Issued Driver's License
Other Professional certification in HR or Talent Pref
