Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

The Operations Administrative Assistant will report to the VP of Operation, the Operations Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, running reports and assisting in submitting required information to state agencies; and ensures that patience/client information is correct and complete and review digital slides verifying required quality and ensuring the slides are correctly assigned to the ordering physician.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assists with QA/QC of slides
Answers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Manage and prioritize incoming emails
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
Responds to customer calls related to insurance filings of their cases
Follows up with clinics regarding missing customer insurance information
Reviews the database and follows up on delayed results and updates leadership on these issues
Assist Lab/Sales/Operations teams with data entry, data retrieval, analysis work or other administrative tasks
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace; Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Possess and maintain an unrestricted driver's license.
Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
High School degree or equivalent; Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
Previous administrative and lab experience strongly preferred.
