The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of delivery of medical critical care services across our integrated health system which is comprised of three major medical centers. Applicants should have expertise in the area of pulmonary and critical care with an emphasis on critical care medicine and the delivery of critical care services to oncology patients as an attending on the inpatient medical critical care service. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Applicants should be board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching pulmonary and critical care fellows, residents, and medical students.
Clinical responsibilities may include working with advanced practice providers and/or trainees as well as consultation and diagnosis and ongoing treatment of critically ill patients.
