The Communications team at Arthrex is growing with our new StudioX open and we are actively searching for a Manager, Post Production. Main Objective:

Responsible for managing the corporate post-production pipeline. Oversees the post-production processes and workflows for all video and audio content creation. Schedules and ensures proper utilization of the organization's resources, facilities, and personnel for post-production. Manages and mentors the post-production content staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manages the post-production of high-quality video and audio content, including surgical procedures, cadaveric demonstrations, didactic presentations, and promotional material.

  • Ensure the project's overall vision is met as defined by the creative team.

  • Ensure the content messaging goals are met as defined by the requestor.

  • Collaborate with the producing team to fully understand the scope of each project.

  • Critically evaluate content for adherence to creative vision, scope, medical accuracy, and brand standards.

  • Develops, recommends, and implements efficient post-production workflows, including pre-vis, templates, file organization systems, and editing software training.

  • Optimizes post-production storytelling techniques for various project types.

  • Leverages Marketing Resource Management (MAM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools for video review and approval.

  • Oversees the development of SOP documentation for post-production workflows and templating.

  • Amplifies visibility into the post-production workload and the capacity of the post-production team.

  • Interviews, hires, and manages a team of post-production staff.

  • Provides performance reviews, resolves conflict, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration.

  • Sets goals and objectives for team members and acts as a visionary and coach.

  • Provide career opportunities for team members based on proven performance and initiative.

  • Trains staff in properly using post-production hardware, software, and creative techniques.

  • Researches, identifies, and partners with external resources (e.g. vendors, freelancers, instructors, etc.).

  • Partners with leaders across the organization to understand business needs and to prioritize the post-production pipeline.

  • Creates yearly budget forecast.

  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

  • Naples, FL based office, no remote or hybrid

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Film/Television or related field preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in video and audio production required.

  • 4+ years of experience in a managerial capacity is required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:


  • Expert knowledge of content post-production technology and video production processes.

  • Technical proficiency in the areas of video editing, color grading and correction, and sound design.

  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing brand and design principles.

  • Ability to effectively manage post-production workflows.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups including customers and the executive management team.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, adhere to tight deadlines, and produce within budget.

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Team player and willingness to collaborate.

  • Knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology is a plus.

  • Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Experience working with post-production hardware and software for professional productions. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with a focus on Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. Knowledge of color grading with Davinci Resolve.
