This position works with the Sales Coordinators, Sales Reps, and the Service Department to ensure all aspects of the warranty enrollment process are completed accurately.  The Sales Warranty Coordinator serves as the subject matter expert on new and used machine warranty options and the enrollment process.  The Sales Warranty Coordinator also assists with other Sales Department functions such as invoicing of titled equipment, assisting in physical inventory counts, paying third party vendor invoices, and other functions as assigned by the Sales & Rental Operations Manager.


Pay Rate:  $55,000.00 - $63,369.39 Annually
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. 

Essential Functions:

  • Administer enrollment of machine and attachment standard warranties

  • Manage enrollment of extended warranties sold with new and used machines

  • Responsible for being Wagner’s subject matter expert on Caterpillar’s Quote Plus system

  • Assist machine sales team with custom extended warranty quotes and training

  • Administer the successful enrollment of warranties for certified rebuild machines

  • Corresponds directly with sales reps and sales managers regarding enrollment of extended warranties

  • Manage the enrollment of extended warranties for all rental fleet machines

  • Responsible for utilizing Docusign to send all customer warranty documents

  • Handles the invoicing of titled equipment and RPO conversions for our Wagner Rents business division

  • Responsible for managing the payment of all warranty invoices through CLAIMSi and Corcentric

  • Responsible for managing the payment of our Keen machine pre-delivery invoices & CAT Certified Used credits in Corcentric

  • Process all after sale parts manual purchases by external customers and internal employees.

  • Assist the branch with all physical inventory counts for both machines and attachments

  • Other duties as assigned by manager


Required Education and Experience:



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience with an emphasis in sales administration


Physical Demands & Competencies:



  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

  • Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills

  • Safety & Product Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
