Qualifications for an AP-AR Administrator

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary Range
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $50,000 to $65,000 per year. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may be eligible for various bonus programs and benefits.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have general knowledge of MS Office Word, and advanced knowledge of Excel software.
Other Qualifications
Successful candidate will be highly motivated, team oriented and well-organized. Possess strong analytical skills, negotiating, and the ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
