Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking an experienced Project Mgmt Planning Operations Mgr, who will work collaboratively with operations teams, provider relations, IT, and other corporate functions to plan, develop, coordinate, and execute significant projects for the company.

In this rewarding role, you will:



  • Accept, prioritize and manage requests from Associate Directors and above for data analysis and report development support.

  • Compile and extract data from various sources to present to internal and external clients. Generate and distribute various operational reports on an ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Ensure validity by investigating all data and reports obtained. Research outliers and initiate corrective action to address the issue. Continue follow-up and escalation until resolved.

  • Communicate analysis results and supporting data to the Program Management Team.  

  • Assist with report enhancements and modifications, coordinating with other departments as needed. 

  • Coordinate with Training Team if training issues are identified through analysis. 

  • Schedule meetings and complete preparation tasks such as compiling and distributing presentation materials, setting up teleconference, catering services, etc. 

  • Develop project plans and schedule and manage to completion assigned operations improvement projects.

  • Maintain physical and electronic filing system for all reports, documentation, and official client communication. 

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) in support of technology systems/changes.

  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft applications and Tableau.

  • Effective communication skills, verbal, presentation and written. 

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. 

  • Must possess the ability and flexibility to meet deadlines and client expectations. 

  • Strong project management skills to handle complex projects cross organizationally 

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%


You must have:



  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Business Administration, or equivalent experience/combined education

  • 7 years of direct experience in managing projects

  • Strong experience utilizing technology in healthcare operations.

  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent highly desired

  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

  • Must have experience interfacing with diverse staff

  • Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. 


 


Pay and Benefits: 


Salary Range: $116,000- $141,000.00 annually with up to 8% quarterly bonus eligibility.  Salary range will vary based on a candidate's location, education and years of experience.
