Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Business Analyst to join their team. This remote role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly with claim management and claim adjudication platforms.
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in delivering world-class service for our customers. You will support activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, including eliciting and documenting stakeholder needs, maintaining a backlog of capabilities/features/user stories, and working with integrated design and development teams to deliver functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek feedback and identify opportunities to modify processes
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs
- Analyze and collaborate on product solution options to meet customer needs
- Support the product vision, roadmap, and product growth opportunities
- Develop visual models, diagrams, tables, graphs, and/or charts to represent current state and future needs
- Navigate and lead through a complex matrix organization across multiple business segments, applications, and products to deliver outcomes
- Support incorporation of product objectives and measures into processes and requirements
- Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements
- Own and manage issues and questions related to the product requirements throughout the product lifecycle
- Document Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) acceptance criteria
- Develop and execute product analysis plans
- Actively participate in daily meetings, backlog management, refinement, dependencies, prioritization, formal story acceptance, sprint planning, daily scrum, defect management and retrospective activities to support business agility within the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field of study with 2+ years of proven BA/PA experience, or 4+ years of experience without a degree
- Advanced business analysis and Agile training
- Business Analysis Certifications (IIBA CBAP or CCBA, CPOA, etc.)
- Agile Certification (such as Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- At least 2 years of experience working on an Agile Team
- At least 2-4 years of practical experience in performing core Product Analysis tasks
