Job Description:

Job Details:



Schedule: M-F 3:45p-3:00a


Pay: $$17.25 includes $1.00 shift pay


Trusser is positioned where birds pass in front of them. The rate of 13-15 birds per minute for full body trussing and 16-18 birds per minute while hock trussing will be required. The team member inspects the WOG for feathers, neck attachment, etc. The trusser is responsible for ensuring product meets Grade A standards. Birds with discoloration, neck attachments, or broken wings are removed and placed in a tub. The Grade A birds are trussed by putting a truss band around the bird's legs and/or wings depending on the order and then sent to the marinator.


Rehire Consideration:


  • Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered.

  • 90 days (3 months) waiting period.
