The Department of Pediatrics at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital/Stanford University School of Medicine is recruiting a board eligible/board certified (BE/BC) Pediatrician to work in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford (LPCHS) as a member of the Advanced Practice Provider and Hospitalist team. This clinically focused hospitalist faculty position is for a one-year term and may be eligible for an additional term for up to 1-3 years.



Your responsibilities will include:


Providing patient care in collaboration with attending physicians in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Contributing to teaching and acting as a liaison between nursing and medicine.



To be successful in this position, you will bring:


An MD/DO degree and Board Certification in Pediatrics, and either Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics and a California Medical License by the time of hire. The candidate will be appointed at the Instructor rank in the Clinical Educator Line. The Clinical Educator role is defined by engagement in clinical care and teaching that advances clinical medicine.

    The expected pay range for this position is $207k to $225k.



    This pay range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It may not include all components of faculty compensation or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs.
