BCforward is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant/Office Administrator for an opportunity in Stockton, CA.


Title: Administrative Assistant/Office Administrator
Location: Stockton, CA
Shift: Mon- Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm
Payrate: $23-24/hr
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Job Description:


We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide a wide variety of clerical and staff support services to support department processes and reporting requirements in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures.

* Confirm with local operations teams waste type
* Confirm with local operations teams trailer ready date
* Track departure / arrival dates
* Confirm with incineration team on trailer completion status
* Track 3rd party schedules for long-haul movement
* Act as a point of contact for all incineration trailer scheduling / completion status updates
* Excel experience
* Education equivalent to graduation from High School, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating the ability to provide the highest level of customer service in a variety of settings and situations.
* Six months or more experience in an office environment. Demonstrates excellent working knowledge of computer software apations, including Microsoft Excel and Word, and Outlook.
