Description:



We are seeking a skilled DEX Specialist with expertise in Nexthink to join our dynamic team.


Job Description: As a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving the digital workplace environment for our employees. You will leverage your expertise in Nexthink to monitor, analyze, and enhance the digital experience, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Utilize Nexthink to monitor and analyze digital employee experience metrics.

  • Develop and execute NQL queries to gather and interpret data.

  • Create and manage dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.

  • Implement and manage remote actions to resolve issues proactively.

  • Set up and manage alerts and diagnostics to identify and address potential problems.

  • Develop and optimize queries and database logic for efficient data handling.

  • Integrate Nexthink with other tools (e.g., Splunk) to enhance data analysis and reporting.

  • Write and execute Splunk queries for comprehensive data insights.

  • Utilize Nexthink APIs and connectors for seamless integrations.

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and advanced tasks.

  • Understand and apply the Nexthink data model for accurate data representation.

  • Manage PC infrastructure, including Active Directory and network components.

  • Work with Azure Apps to support cloud-based solutions.

  • Collaborate with ServiceNow for incident and service management.

  • Expertise in troubleshooting.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience with Nexthink.

  • Strong skills in NQL queries, dashboards, remote actions, alerts, and diagnostics.

  • Proficiency in queries and database logic.

  • Experience with Nexthink integrations, particularly with Splunk.

  • Ability to write and execute Splunk queries.

  • Knowledge of Nexthink APIs and connectors.

  • Intermediate to advanced PowerShell scripting skills.

  • Understanding of the Nexthink data model.

  • Intermediate knowledge of PC infrastructure (AD, network, etc.).

  • Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
