About this position:
Applies the use of Radionuclides and Radiopharmaceuticals to perform Diagnostic and Therapeutic Nuclear Medicine/PET CT procedures under the direction of a qualified Physician, Chief, and/or Senior Technologist.
Performs all activities according to Federal, State, Local, Hospital Policies and Regulations. Operates Imaging Equipment to produce Diagnostic Images of Specific Body Parts.
Qualifications
Licensed by the State of Massachusetts Radiation Control Board.
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Nuclear).
And/Or: Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT) or (RT), perferred.
Obtain a CT Registry for PET/CT from American College of Radiology within one year of employment.
CPR Certified. (BLS)
Knowledge of the needs and behaviors of infant, child, adolescent, adult, And older adult patients preferred.
