The Outlet Supervisor is expected to manage all aspects of service within the Outlets. They will comply with all standards of service and operating procedures. The Outlet Supervisor will be instrumental in maintaining overall guest and employee satisfaction. The Outlet Supervisor will also adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements. The candidate is in tune with current culinary and beverage trends and is able to react to changes in the market quickly. Having demonstrated this passion successfully through professional experience is a must. This position will also require clear communication, motivation skills, productive coaching and precise accountability.
Job Description
Operational/Functional:
Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets. Plan and organize work. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
Work closely with the Director of F&B in all aspects of day to day activities.
Ensure that all restaurant equipment (coffee and soda machines, registers, etc.) is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis.
Ensure that all restaurant facilities are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volumes.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Key departmental contacts include Sales and Marketing, Catering, Banquets, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Services.
May assist with other duties as assigned.
Strategy and Planning:
Monitor performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results.
Maintain procedures to ensure the security and proper storage of restaurant inventory, and equipment.
Financial Management:
Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage outlet(s)
