Join us as a Sales Enablement Program Manager and become a pivotal part of our Sales Enablement team within the Medical Surgical (MS) portfolio. In this high-visibility role, you'll lead the management and optimization of Salesforce solutions across our Surgical and Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) Operating Units. Collaborate with sales leadership, field representatives, and cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and elevate the sales organization's performance.
Key Responsibilities



  • Business Requirements: Lead the collection and prioritization of business requirements, focusing on capability development. Manage enhancement requests and align them with business goals.


  • Solution Design/Development/Testing: Collaborate with Salesforce admins to ensure solutions meet business requirements and platform standards. Oversee testing and ensure project outputs align with objectives.


  • Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and communications. Work closely with IT and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.


  • Communication & Training: Partner with the UX team to create and implement communication and training plans for new functionalities and ongoing enhancements.


  • Adoption: Drive adoption and effective utilization of Salesforce solutions, supporting and coaching business teams.


  • Support: Collaborate with the SFDC support team to resolve issues and develop proactive solutions for recurring challenges.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of salesforce.com experience

  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics.

Nice to Have


  • Lean Six Sigma certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • 3+ years of project management experience and broad multi-functional business exposure.

  • Experience with Agile frameworks and leading Salesforce.com projects.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$113,600.00 - $170,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
