Beacon Hill's client seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for entry and mid-level positions. The ideal candidate must have strong account management experience and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid position looking to have the ideal candidate on contract for six months.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize a combination of automated and traditional recruitment strategies to execute the hiring process.
Facilitate alignment meetings with hiring managers to define roles, set expectations, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels and proactively engage with talent pools.
Ensure an unbiased and inclusive hiring process by implementing proactive measures.
Coordinate and facilitate debrief meetings to guide the candidate selection process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases for organized and accessible candidate information.
Adhere to service-level agreements and standard operating procedures to achieve recruitment goals.
Provide an excellent candidate experience by delivering timely updates and feedback throughout the process.
Regularly update hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, and peers on recruitment progress.
Identify potential challenges in the recruitment process and recommend actionable solutions to address them.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on team or organizational needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment and/or general Human Resources experience.
Account management experience.
Preferred:
Proficiency with applicant-tracking software or the ability to learn new recruitment systems quickly.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
Collaborative mindset and openness to coaching and feedback.
Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
High sense of urgency and solution-oriented mindset.
