Job Description:
UPS is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Worldwide Economy product. This position primarily provides customer service by answering high volume incoming requests and assisting customers with customer accounts, services and questions as well as assisting with internal operational support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong technology, analytical, oral and written communication, problem solving and time management skills.
The Customer Service Representative will provide general administrative support when needed. He/She will also provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers via phone and email.
Responsibilities and Duties
Resolves customer support challenges in a time-critical environment using problem solving strategies
Manages multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Analyzes customer problems and communicates solutions verbally and/or in writing timely
Answers high volume of incoming requests professionally and quickly demonstrating appropriate etiquette
Knowledge and Skills
Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) or similar software
