Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This role will be supporting the management company and join the accounting team which consists of a Controller, Accounting Manager and an AP Specialist. Qualified candidates will have pharma/bio experience, have strong attention to detail to track expenses related to each entity supported and should be comfortable using Excel (lookups, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Support the Accounts Payable function for multiple entities
Set up vendors in Workday
Enter and code invoices in Workday
Track expenses back to the appropriate entity
Manage Accounts Payable inbox
