You will work closely with Brand Management, Sales, and Digital teams to provide strategic and operational support via CRM applications and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the key point of contact for your designated GBU/TA.
Act as the CRM Subject Matter Expert for launch activities.
Schedule regular touchpoints to gather feedback, including field ride-alongs.
Provide updates and insights on CRM utilization and new functionality.
Partner with Brand Leadership to ensure understanding of all CRM/CLM capabilities.
Manage CRM applications and processes for commercial field teams.
Investigate and remediate escalated inquiries.
Manage requirements gathering for application upgrades/enhancements.
Create clear and concise communications for the field.
Ensure best practices are utilized throughout the ecosystem.
About You:
Experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals along with an undergraduate's degree
Knowledge of Veeva CRM system is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a matrix environment.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to tell a story supported by facts.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
