Summary:
The Department of Head & Neck/ Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Roswell Park Cancer Institute is seeking to expand its faculty. The ideal candidate will be board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology with advanced training in Head & Neck Oncology. All faculty members are involved in teaching fellows, residents and medical students. Candidates with experience/expertise in endoscopic skull base surgery are welcomed applicants. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Roswell Park Cancer Institute, America's first cancer center, founded in 1898, is located in Buffalo, New York and is the only Western and Upstate New York facility to hold the National Cancer Institute Comprehensive Cancer Center designation and membership in the National Comprehensive Cancer Network.
Salary range is $301,599 - $842,773 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
License and Certification Requirement
1. License or permit to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York.
2. Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in Head & Neck Plastic Surgery.
Education and Experience
Medical Doctor degree and prior full-time experience in the specialty of Head & Neck Plastic Surgery.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
