MOMA - Social Media Manager
Schedule - Remote, Bay Area
Description
Manage social calendars & publish content
Collaborate with internal and agency creative teams to concept, create, and deliver best-in-class visual assets and copy for our social media channels.
Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting to the nuances of our industry.
Support marketing campaign development with social-first content that drives engagement and wins brand love.
Work with the Social Media Lead to inform and educate on social media best practices.
Manage the creative review and approval process with Legal, Brand Studio, and Marketing teams.
Schedule, tag, and publish all content in Sprinklr, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
Coordinate with the paid media team to amplify content and maximize reach. Provide insights and recommendations for paid social media campaigns.
Prepare weekly updates to inform internal teams of upcoming content.
Identify opportunities for future content - informed by data, trends, and internal requests.
Maintain tags, short links, and all content tracking mechanisms.
Guide Community Management
Collaborate with internal and agency teams of community managers to triage timely resolution of social media inquiries and issues.
Tap into community feedback and consumer trends to plan, test, and launch disruptive social activations and initiatives.
Develop and maintain resources like social media FAQs, engagement decision trees, and care language for our community managers.
Assist in identifying and building relationships with brand advocates.
Work with Social Media Lead to escalate complex issues or customer complaints.
Maintain channel hygiene by regularly updating channel imagery, about information, highlights, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Support the talent branding team by amplifying employer branding content and initiatives.
Support Creator / Influencer Marketing
Manage inbound influencer outreach and communication.
Collaborate with influencer agency on execution of campaigns.
Assist with influencer campaign execution and reporting.
Partner with content creators, helping them tell engaging stories about Waymo.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory8+ years of experience as social media manager/lead, in-house or at an agency High proficiency with X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms Fresh POV on social media trends Eye for tone and voice; a creative mindset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm for crafting compelling social media creative
Desired
Have experience in consumer products / services, technology, or automotive brands Have extensive experience working in Sprinklr Have experience using influencer marketing tools like Tagger Are a strong project manager Foster a growth mindset and a strong desire to stay ahead of social media trends and best practices.
