Judge Direct Placement is seeking a LOCAL Human Resources Generalist in Chattanooga, TN area!
**Must have manufacturing experience **
Responsibilities:
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries
- Assist in maintaining HR records
- Assist in recruitment process
- Help to manage employee performance
- Schedule meetings, interview, HR events etc.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Produce and submit reports on HR activity
- Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practices
- Assist with talent development, 360 benchmarks, and succession planning
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in an HR role
- Must have basic computer skills
