Job Summary
The Specialist II, Accounts Receivable role works closely with their team to maintain accurate workflow for billing and accounting. This position manages relationships with Healthcare Organizations and Associate Vendors nationwide while resolving open items.
Job Responsibilities
Processes the daily deposits, application of payments to customer invoices, and scheduled vendor disbursement based on benefit package terms. Prepares daily transaction report processing to record all disbursement details into our accounting application system Sage, including check reversals and reissues.
Reconciles daily deposits and daily report duties, provides weekly reports to specified Account Managers and Vendors, and ensures the daily transaction files are prepared.
Processes all Salesforce cases for billing terms set up in the Customer Relationship Management system.
Updates the Customer Service documents daily and leads filing of supplier W-9's.
Performs weekly invoice upload, builds new working documents for the week, and prepares all month end reconciliations.

High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience
Additional Experience
Accounts Receivable, billing, customer service or other relevant office experience

Pay Rate
$22.75 - $27.00 Hourly Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
