Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Talent and Workforce Analytics
Title: Talent and Workforce Analytics Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2 Duration: 12+ Months Locations: Charlotte,North Carolina- Hybrid 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote
As a Talent and Workforce Analytics, you will:
Support Cybersecurity's managers with resource planning, requisition approval and attrition tracking.
Execute the processes while leveraging their skills with process automation and data analytics to streamline the processes they own and execute.
Represent the department to central process teams as well as be a primary point of contact to the managers and business services leads (BSLs) on these processes.
Provide support for process improvement projects and analytical support to assess and implement strategies to enhance the organizations' ability to provide accurate workforce forecasts
Leverage M365 tools such as Power Automate to streamline and automate ad hoc processes
Use PowerQuery to join extracts from disparate sources to get an end-to-end view of resource and requisitions and their corresponding status
Design process, create process flows, integration with upstream and downstream processes, implementation including developing documentation
Prior experience managing resource / workforce management process
Data aggregation & Process Designing experience
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.
Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Powerquery within MS Excel, Power Automate, Power BI

Pay Range: Between $50- $55per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
