Role:


The TA Partner/Regional Recruiter is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates within their assigned region. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, and managing all pre-employment onboarding activities

Min CompensationUSD $60,000.00/Yr. Max CompensationUSD $65,000.00/Yr. Responsibilities
  • Research and recommend sources for Candidate recruitment
  • Develop relationships with management to identify specific recruiting needs
  • Review and clarify job specifications, competencies, and skills required
  • Source applicants through various methodsincludingadvertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs, and online platforms, etc
  • Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates•Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
  • Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
  • Conduct prescreening interviews with candidates to determine suitability for the job, while informing them about the specifics of the job and our company
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers,as needed
  • Manage applicant tracking within iCIMS ATS
  • Maintain assigned recruiting metrics
  • Manage the pre-employment through the on-boarding process, ensuring each candidate meets the requirements for hire
  • Follow the post-hire onboarding process to ensure procedures and policies are adhered to (i.e., weekly face to face contact with new techs)
  • Communicate with all levels of management regarding the candidate's status in the process
  • Review background checks and drug screen results, escalating as appropriate
  • Maintain a high level of candidate confidentiality
  • Maintain a high level of candidate satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years high volume recruitment experience (submitting 20+ qualified and screened candidates per week)
  • Previous experience hiring in HVAC or similar industry preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Advance Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel & Teams
  • AdvancedMicrosoft Office experience and computer literacy
  • Knowledge of general principalsof recruiting
  • Experience in candidate sourcing solutions
  • Knowledge of relevant social media platforms
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent sales acumen
  • Strong sense of urgency to reach goals



Physical/Environmental Requirements:

  • Continuously able to work in office environment
  • Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer
  • Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours
  • Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day
  • Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs
  • Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking
  • Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching
  • Rarely requires climbing
